The Bliss Experiment is a story that takes the
reader through an incredible journey of amazing and important discoveries that
many of us passively reach for without being aware of their real values. Among
other things, it points out that one is constantly looking for joy, happiness,
and ultimate satisfaction while becoming more distant from the incredible,
irreplaceable, and unique true-self. To overcome obstacles is not an easy task
but as the author says: “Our ‘laboratory’ is inside of our minds and bodies”
therefore, we have to study the principles according to which we will be able
to create our own bliss and this book is a great guide for this process. The
Bliss Experiment is insightful and powerful and at the same time practical and uplifting.
I found it to be very informative and beautifully written.
